- Position: Junior Professional Services Engineer for CA Spectrum, CA Ehealth & CA NetQoS

- Location: Jakarta

- Required Education / Experience:
* A degree or below in computer science or a related field.
* Familiarity with networked/distributed computing environment concepts
* Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Perl, Shell).
* Programming experience in any applicable language.
* Exposure to system design & architecture is desired

- Required Skills:
* Independent, problem-solving, self-direction
* Familiarity with fundamental networking/server monitoring and creating the templates for monitoring of all the hardware and Software elements
* Ability to troubleshoot the tool by self and by coordinating with the vendor support.
* Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Perl, Shell).
* Comfortable with most aspects of monitoring tool administration; for example, configuration and implementing alerts for all the required H/W and S/W components.

- Appropriate Responsibilities:
* CA Spectrum, CA Ehealth & CA NetQoS tool planning and implementation. Enabling new monitoring features based on the requirements from clients
* Administers a small, uniform site alone or assists in the administration of a larger system.
* Establishes/recommends policies on system use and services.
* Should recognize and troubleshoot problems with the tool. Establish and document standards and procedures for management review.
* Will be responsible to create, implement or recommend process refinement opportunities making the monitoring more efficient.
* Should identify automation opportunities that will reduce the amount of hands on support.
* Provides day-to-day support of CA Spectrum, CA Ehealth & CA NetQoS.
* Should take advantage of proactive monitoring/automation tools in order to eliminate outages or service variations.
* Responsible for preparing reports and participate in review meetings
